Upgrading with a HASP key

Upgrading to a new major version when the user has a HASP key that doesn't work.

The customer needs to send in their old HASP key and we will send them a new one. We can give a software key in the mean time.
To avoid running unlicensed, the user can activate the software key before removing the HASP key. While both are active, remove the HASP key.
