After restoring a backup, the process seems to get stuck at this point:
This is usually an issue with Internet Explorer. Many times, the backup has actually restored successfully, but the web browser is never updated.
The workaround is to delete "waiting" from the web address and hit Enter. This will navigate you back to the Gateway Homepage, and you here you can confirm from the projects and settings that the backup was successfully restored.
Alternatively, you can restore the backup using a different web browser.
