Posted by Dave Fogle on 03/18/2020 10:52 AM

Inductive Automation is taking a variety of proactive steps to protect our employees and provide full services to our customers during the COVID-19 outbreak. As we respond to this rapidly changing situation, the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority.

Our goal during this period is to effectively respond to our customers’ needs while achieving the highest level of compliance with the health and safety guidelines regarding COVID-19 recommended by the CDC. To keep our employees and customers as safe as possible, we have taken the following steps:

  • All in-person meetings, events, and training have been postponed through the end of April 2020; this includes events at Inductive Automation's headquarters and those scheduled off-site.
  • All non-essential travel for Inductive Automation employees has been suspended until further notice.
  • The majority of Inductive Automation employees started working remotely on Monday, 3/16/2020. We anticipated this situation and prepared for it; the result has been a smooth transition with little to no impact on our support and services. Our office will remain open and staffed by core personnel, but as many employees as possible will be working off-site.

Apart from these changes, we don't anticipate any other disruption to our services – we're ready to help. Our mission is to help our customers turn their ideas into reality, and we're grateful every day for the opportunity to work with such an amazing community. Thank you for choosing us, we look forward to continuing to support you through this time and beyond.
