Your Inductive University Credentials and Certifications can follow you when you change companies. To do this you will need to do the the following:
Change your email address
To ensure you don't lose access to your account, first update your email address by completing the following steps:
- Sign In to you Account
- Under the "Profile" page, navigate to the "Primary email address" section
- Click the kebab menu icon to the right of your old email address and select "Change"
- Fill out your new email and hit the "Change Primary Email Address" button
Contact our sales department
To initiate a credential and certification transfer request you will need to contact our sales department at accountservices@inductiveautomation.com. You will need to provide the following information:
- First and Last name
- Company name that you currently have credentials and certifications with
- Company name that you want to transfer credentials and certifications to
